
Business Intelligence PM/BA

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to support Business Intelligence and reporting initiatives within a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment. This role is heavily focused on project management (approximately 70%), with responsibilities centered around coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of reporting solutions. You’ll work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to bring data to life through dashboards and analytics—primarily using Power BI.
Must-Have Requirements (ordered by importance)
Strong Project Management experience (2+ years)
managing timelines, deliverables, risks, and multiple projects simultaneously
Experience leading BI / reporting projects (Power BI or similar platforms) , especially involving large datasets and executive dashboards
Agile/Scrum experience
(standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog management)
Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical deliverables (BRDs, user stories, etc.)
Strong stakeholder communication skills , including working with both technical teams and business/executive users
Experience working with data integration processes
(Salesforce, AMS, GL, or similar systems)
Experience coordinating UAT, QA, and validation efforts
Preferred Requirements
Knowledge of
SQL and data modeling concepts
Experience with
financial reporting (GL, sub‑ledger, forecasting, etc.)
Familiarity with
SSIS, SSAS, and Microsoft Fabric
Understanding of
data governance, data quality, and data privacy principles
Experience with
Power Apps or Power Automate
*Ideal Location:
Austin, TX - must be able to come into the office 1‑2 times per week.
