Sr Designer
with strong AutoCAD experience and experience in commercial tenant improvement projects. This role focuses on producing high-quality architectural drawings and construction documents while coordinating closely with internal teams and consultants. This position also offers the opportunity to grow into a
Junior Project Management
role over time.
Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
Develop construction documents and design packages
Support commercial tenant finish / tenant improvement projects
Coordinate drawings with MEP engineering systems
Assist with design documentation including floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, and details
Ensure drawings align with brand standards for national clients
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers
Maintain documentation accuracy and quality across project phases
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field)
3–5 years of experience in architecture or commercial design
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
Knowledge of commercial tenant improvement projects
Understanding of construction documentation and MEP coordination
Experience working with national brand standards (fitness, retail, wellness) is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Pay, Benefits & Location The pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year. Benefits include 401k, Health Insurance, Unlimited PTO, and Project Bonuses. This is a permanent position based out of Blue Ash, OH. This is a hybrid position in Blue Ash, OH.
