Customer Service Representative – Health Insurance
Start date: June 8, 2026
Location: Murray, UT | Hybrid available after probationary period
Hours: Full-Time | 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. MST | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls and assist members with benefit, claims, and coverage questions
Review member information including eligibility, authorizations, payments, and coordination of benefits
Research concerns and resolve issues with clear, professional communicationDocument each interaction accurately in internal systems
Provide timely service that creates a positive member experience
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong keyboarding skills and comfort using multiple computer systems
Clear verbal and written communication
Strong attention to detail and organization
Problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
Medical and/or dental insurance experience is a plus
