Director, Group Ticketing

Job Summary The Account Executive, Group Ticketing role focuses on generating new business through group ticket initiatives, maintaining excellent customer service, and creating lasting relationships through calls, meetings, and networking events. Responsibilities include engaging with the Cincinnati corporate community, developing strategies to strengthen connections in the Youth Soccer community, and assisting with the coordination of on-field experiences.

What You’ll Do

Generate new sales revenue through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person appointments

Maintain a 60-80 call per day volume as well as an aggressive meetings schedule

Responsible for the growth of existing relationships to maximize client spend and generate repeat business

Assist with the creation, development, and implementation of new concepts designed to generate new sales revenue streams

Set appointments with key decision makers in the community to assess the opportunity to develop and grow opportunities

Renew and up-sell existing group sales customers year-over-year

Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals

Proactively seek new leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting businesses

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects within a CRM system

Provide superior customer service to clients and prospects both in-person and over the phone

Execute group sales fan experience packages on gamedays

Collaborate other departments on growth of youth Soccer affiliate program

Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by FCC game schedule and group sales events

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Build new relationships in the Cincinnati region corporate community and establish strategy for continued engagement in Youth Soccer community

What You’ll Bring

High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred

Proven record of sales and/or customer service experience required

Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work outside of regular business hours including but not limited to weekends and holidays as required by the FCC game schedule, special events, and projects
