Position Overview As a Property Manager at Colliers, you will oversee all aspects of a selected portfolio, including property operations, financial activities, vendor relationships, tenant improvements, and inspections, providing innovative recommendations to improve performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.

Respond promptly to tenant needs in accordance with lease obligations.

Support senior management with regular ownership reports, budgeting, and other assigned reports.

Manage administrative tasks such as work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, maintenance, and vendor compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate.

Valid real‑estate license required.

1–3 years of property‑management experience.

Experience using YARDI Voyager (integrated accounting).

Strong understanding of financial reporting, including variance analysis.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Compensation & Benefits Approximate Salary Range: $126,607 – $192,000 (location based). Annual bonus eligibility based on company and individual performance.

Location Boston, MA (onsite arrangement)
