Nature & Purpose of Position:
Creates visual elements for KSHU7 studio productions, social media, web content, promotional material, and station branding. Works alongside student video producers, editors, and other designers to unify the branding and design experience.
Other Requirements for the Position:
Creative Design
Create branding elements like logos, custom on-screen graphics, and animations.
Design motion graphics for video content.
Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere.
Team Support
Work closely with directors, producers, and editors to integrate graphics into video projects.
Collaborate in creating promotional content and casting calls.
Design Strategy
Ensure all graphics align with the studio’s aesthetic and branding guidelines.
Manage graphic assets and organize files for future use.
Research content trends of other stations to plan for future media
