Role Responsibilities
Designation: Sr. Sales Engineer – HVAC Retrofit & Replacement
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers and drive retrofit & replacement opportunities for HVAC Plant room solutions (Chillers, DX and Airside equipment).
Conduct site visits and assess existing HVAC systems to determine efficiency gaps and recommend retrofit solutions for improved efficiency and performance.
Develop and present proposals through solution-based selling.
Design and implement custom Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) for HVAC systems.
Stay current with emerging HVAC technologies, building codes, and energy regulations.
Role Purpose
The roles and responsibilities for a position focused on HVAC plant room solutions, including building customer relationships, conducting site assessments, proposing retrofit solutions, and designing energy conservation measures.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in HVAC Sales/Retrofit
Experience in HVAC controls and automations
Experience in sales of HVAC equipment, chillers, VRF and packages
Experience in the Kuwait market
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
