Role: Senior Sales Engineer – HVAC Sales / Retrofit

Location: Kuwait

Contract: Permanent

Role Responsibilities

• Designation: Sr. Sales Engineer – HVAC Retrofit & Replacement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers and drive retrofit & replacement opportunities for HVAC Plant room solutions (Chillers, DX and Airside equipment).
• Conduct site visits and assess existing HVAC systems to determine efficiency gaps and recommend retrofit solutions for improved efficiency and performance.
• Develop and present proposals through solution-based selling.
• Design and implement custom Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) for HVAC systems.
• Stay current with emerging HVAC technologies, building codes, and energy regulations.

Role Purpose

• The roles and responsibilities for a position focused on HVAC plant room solutions, including building customer relationships, conducting site assessments, proposing retrofit solutions, and designing energy conservation measures.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC Sales/Retrofit
• Experience in HVAC controls and automations
• Experience in sales of HVAC equipment, chillers, VRF and packages
• Experience in the Kuwait market
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
