Description THE OPPORTUNITY
You’ll own client relationships from day one — conducting regular site visits, identifying enhancement opportunities, coordinating with field crews, and ensuring every property reflects our standard of excellence. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with real earning upside for the right person.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts
Conduct regular property walkthroughs to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded
Build trusted, long-term relationships with property managers, facilities directors, and HOA boards
Identify and sell landscape enhancement projects to grow your book of business
Collaborate with field supervisors to communicate client expectations and resolve issues promptly
Present renewal proposals and participate in contract negotiation
