Summary Heather Glen Townhomes are seeking a competent Assistant Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our 272-unit residential apartment community. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in residential property management. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

Prepare market surveys
Outreach marketing and updating online ads
All leasing functions including evictions and move ins
Various reporting responsibilities
Processing security deposit refunds
Accounts receivable duties including collection & processing of rent incomeSend former tenants past due accounts for collection
Resident event planning
Upkeep with the property's social media accounts
Skills
Property management experience
Excellent communication skills
Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
MRI experience preferredWell-versed in marketing and sales techniques
Customer-focused approach
Comply with all state and federal fair housing trainings
