Qualifications
To be eligible, you must meet the following qualifications.
GS‑12 : One year of specialized experience at the GS‑11 level.
Specialized experience
required: experience performing a variety of assignments requiring the application of HR concepts, principles, regulations, and policy; planning recruiting approaches for medium and large‑scale recruitment efforts; serving as an advisor to managers and other personnel on complex staffing issues; and performing the full range of examining functions including job analysis, competency identification, assessment tool creation, vacancy announcement creation, application review, certificate issuance, and application of compensation and pay system provisions and personnel action coding.
Delegated Examining (DE) certification : preferred but not required; the selected individual will be required to obtain DE certification.
Additional Eligibility Information Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP) : The ICTAP provides eligible displaced Federal competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates. To receive selection priority you must:
