Overview Luxury Real Estate — Who you work with matters. We are looking for motivated real estate agents who want to learn to step into the luxury side of real estate and build a long-term business in a higher price point part of the market. This opportunity is based within an office that has a dedicated luxury division, giving you direct exposure to how agents operate, position themselves, and compete at a higher level.

You will learn how luxury properties are positioned, priced, and presented while developing the communication skills needed to work with high level clients. The focus is on building confidence, refining how you present value, and learning to guide clients through important decisions with professionalism and attention to detail.

Working alongside experienced real estate agents, you will gain insight into how top producers approach conversations, marketing strategies, and negotiations in the luxury space. You will learn to strengthen your personal brand, elevate your skill set, and build consistency as you grow within this part of real estate.

Responsibilities

Participate in a structured program to learn luxury real estate positioning, pricing, and presentation.

Collaborate with a dedicated luxury division and senior agents to observe and adopt best practices.

Develop communication skills for working with high-level clients and guiding them through decisions with professionalism and attention to detail.

Build your personal brand, improve negotiation and marketing competencies, and develop consistency in your practice.
