Leasing Specialist , you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. You understand that it’s not just a job, it’s a career, and you help residents feel at home. You enjoy interacting with all types of people and have a passion for creating unique experiences. Your Day to Day
Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents and prospects Lease apartment homes by building relationships and showcasing the benefits of living at a The Collier Companies community Always be closing – over the phone, via email and in person. You are the subject expert on the product, the property, and the local neighborhood Generate leads by following up on the phone and through email Create and implement promotional programs, including online advertising, direct marketing, social media outreach and resident events Contribute to desired occupancy levels by renewing current resident leases Maintain accurate resident files Weekends required, as needed Qualifications
Strong sales with a desire to exceed leasing requirements Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal A customer-focused mentality Proficiency with various software, apps and computer programs Career mindset with a polished, professional appearance Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced leasing office 1–2 years leasing and/or customer service experience in retail, hospitality, housing or multi-family environment (college education preferred) Perks & Rewards
