Location: Aire Serv – A Trusted HVAC Leader with 250+ Locations Across the US & Canada

Now, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s ready to be the welcoming voice of our company and help us deliver five-star service every single day.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
Work closely with dispatchers to streamline technician routes
Spot opportunities to recommend services and boost sales
Process work orders and solve customer concerns quickly
Help the office run like a well-oiled machine
Be flexible, open to new tasks and cross-training opportunities
Qualifications
Prior administrative or office experience
Excellent communication and phone etiquette
Strong organizational skills and laser-sharp attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and speedy data entry
A team mindset—with the ability to work solo when needed
Experience in a call center (big plus!)
Bonus points for HVAC industry knowledge
