The Role As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for managing and leading our customer service operations. You'll oversee a team of representatives, handle high-level customer interactions, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service in line with our company values.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and train a team of customer service representatives

Handle complex customer inquiries and escalated issues

Oversee scheduling and dispatch operations for our service technicians

Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and team productivity

Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations

Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support

Identify sales opportunities and contribute to business growth

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on customer service metrics

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of customer service experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems

Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
