Commercial Escrow Assistant - Hybrid

First American is looking to add an Escrow Assistant to our growing commercial real estate team. In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting supporting our Escrow team in a variety of ways including customer support and administrative duties. This position plays a key role in transforming the commercial real estate experience by empowering our employees and customers to deliver next‑generation solutions and results.
What You'll Do
Assist in the escrow process for simple and complex commercial transactions such as preparing documents for closing, inputting closing statement information, and handling disbursement and follow‑up.
Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process; adapts communication style as needed.
Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings.
Work with innovative technologies to enable escrow transactions and communicate with customers to provide a phenomenal customer experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of escrow‑related experience preferred.
