Responsibilities

Convert company-provided leads into clients through follow-up, consultations, and relationship building

Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate transaction process from contract to close

Conduct property showings, listing appointments, and market analyses

Maintain accurate records and communication within the team CRM

Collaborate with team members, lenders, inspectors, and title companies to ensure smooth closings

Represent the team brand professionally across all client interactions and marketing touchpoints

Qualifications

Active real estate license (required)

Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow your business

Excellent communication and client service skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Willingness to follow proven systems and processes

Experience with CRM tools is a plus, but not required

Any experience level welcome — from newly licensed to seasoned agents
