
Commercial Property Administrator

We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Commercial Property Administrator to join a leading Company located in the Richmond, VA surrounding area.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Administrator to support both Property Management and Brokerage operations for a high-volume commercial real estate portfolio in the Richmond market. This role is critical to maintaining lease accuracy, billing integrity, listing data control, and operational coordination across a diverse portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties. The ideal candidate has direct commercial property management experience, strong lease administration knowledge, and hands- on proficiency with MRI.
The Commercial Property Administrator provides structured administrative, lease, and financial support to the Property Manager while also supporting brokerage activities by executing lease administration, billing controls, and compliance tracking functions. This role ensures lease-driven events are executed accurately and on time, tenant records are maintained properly, and property-level administrative processes operate efficiently. This position works closely with the Property Manager, accounting and lease administration teams, tenants, and vendors.

Basic Hiring Criteria
Minimum 3 years of commercial property management or lease administration experience preferred
Direct MRI software experience preferred
Experience with CoStar or similar listing platforms is a plus
Experience with rent escalations, CAM structures, and percentage rent preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
