Executive Director Safety & Compliance

* Partner with cross-functional teams to embed safety into all workflows.* Integrate safety and compliance requirements into asset deployment, maintenance, and field operations.* Support business development by ensuring compliance readiness for contracts and proposals.## Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or related field.* 10-15+ years of progressive leadership in safety and compliance.* Proven success in high-risk, field-based operations (e.g., construction, energy, logistics, emergency response).* Deep knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and environmental regulatory frameworks.* Experience leading large, distributed teams and multi-site operations.* Demonstrated experience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.* Experience scaling safety programs across geographically dispersed operations.* Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHST).* Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and operational systems.* Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive operational and client information with discretion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
