
Consulting Marketing Process Consultant- Campaign Optimization and Operations Pr

Your role and responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in marketing campaign execution operations. Advise clients on how their intake, briefing, audience selection, workflow, QA, and deployment processes function today; identify operational and organizational gaps; redesign future‑state campaign operating models; and introduce AI/GenAI to improve speed, accuracy, and scale. This role centers on strategy, workflow optimization, and operational excellence - not hands‑on campaign building.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of client campaign execution ecosystems: team structures, intake/briefing, targeting workflows, QA processes, tooling, and governance.
Diagnose bottlenecks across the end‑to‑end execution lifecycle: planning → briefing → segmentation → creative readiness → QA → launch → reporting.
Map current-state workflows and design future-state operating models, including RACI, workflow redesign, and governance.
Advise clients on GenAI use cases (automated brief generation, content routing, QA automation, insights summarization, workflow orchestration).
Recommend improvements to campaign platforms (Adobe, salesforce, others)
Lead senior stakeholder interviews across marketing, operations, analytics, and IT to identify capability gaps and skill needs, and facilitate workshops/maturity assessments
Build execution modernization roadmaps across people, process, data, and technology.
This role can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
Required education Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
8+years in marketing operations, campaign management, or lifecycle marketing with a strong advisory orientation.
Strong understanding of campaign execution workflows, operational governance, approvals, and data dependencies.
Proven expertise on helping organizations, improve and optimize their marketing processes.
Ability to guide clients through operating-model redesign and AI/GenAI adoption.
Executive presence and ability to translate operational issues into business and performance impact.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Digital Transformation Acumen:
Deep expertise in driving change management and guiding clients through digital transformation processes, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of Adobe's tools into their business operations.
Experience in B2B Marketing
and with technologies such as Adobe & Salesforce.
