Leading a team of 12, you will oversee everything from general ledger and payroll to high-level budgetary forecasting and audit resolution. Salary: $130,000 - $165,000 per year. Shift: First. Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM. Education: Bachelors.

Responsibilities

Oversees and actively participates in the general accounting, accounts receivable/collection, accounts payable, fixed assets, projects and payroll functions of the finance department.

Oversees and manages all financial and regulatory reporting requirements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Ensures all financial reporting complies with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) requirements, and all applicable state and federal regulations.

Prepares and forecasts annual budget by leading and coordinating finance staff in establishment of base budget for each department and being the liaison with department managers regarding their respective budgets.

Champions the continuous development & improvement of processes, policies, procedures and internal controls in the areas of accounting, budgeting, forecasting, business planning and financial analysis processes and tools.

Serve as primary liaison for all audits, including scheduling, coordination, and resolution of audit findings

Coaches and trains finance department personnel on financial analysis and reporting to promote accurate and appropriate use of financial data.

Evaluates, selects, manages, develops and motivates department personnel in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Lead & direct the day-to-day operations of the finance department.

Performs other duties as required.
