
(PT) Data Entry Recorder

The Atlantic Cape Community College Foundation seeks a detail-oriented Data Entry Recorder to join our team on a part-time basis. This position plays a crucial role in entering appropriate data utilizing the donor database systems that ensures accuracy and integrity supporting the stewardship of the funds raised and advancement efforts.
Enters donor and gift records in the Donor Perfect database efficiently and effectively
Sends out gift acknowledgement letters for all donors in a timely manner electronically and/or by mail
Tracks financial contributions, pledge payments and in-kind donations for all fundraising efforts
Works with college accounting as needed to ensure reconciliation of data, gifts entered into the system
Produces reports, runs queries and generates lists for department use
Assists with events preparation and on-site production as needed
Performs related duties as assigned
Education
High School Diploma required
Associate’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience
Prior data entry experience in a non-profit environment preferred
Competencies and Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Terms of Employment
This position is primarily located in Mays Landing and requires flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any other Atlantic Cape locations
This is a part-time position requiring up to 26 hours per week
