
Creative Copywriter

Summary / Position Purpose
The Creative Copywriter sits within the Creative team and reports to the Creative Manager. This role is responsible for turning strategy into clear, compelling messaging that drives action across campaigns, digital channels, and the customer experience.
This is a high impact, high output role focused on supporting revenue driving initiatives: campaigns, promotions, lifecycle marketing, and web.
You’ll partner closely with Design, Technical Content, Lifecycle Marketing, MarTech, and Sales Enablement to deliver copy that is:
Clear and easy to understand (especially for engineers)
Consistent across brands
Built to perform across channels
Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities
Write and develop copy for integrated campaigns (email, landing pages, digital ads, social, print)
Partner with the Creative Manager and Design Team to concept campaign messaging and bring ideas to life
Support lifecycle marketing (email, nurture, promotions) in partnership with Acquisition & Retention
Create and optimize web content (landing pages, category pages, product copy) in collaboration with MarTech
Translate technical product information into clear, benefit driven messaging
Collaborate with Technical Content on long form assets (guides, white papers, case studies)
Support sales enablement initiatives with clear, actionable messaging
Contribute to brand voice development and consistency across TestEquity and its family of brands
Write with a focus on performance: clicks, engagement, and conversion
Indirectly and directly responsible for product quality
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications - Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related field.
Have 3 to 5+ years of B2B copywriting experience (technical or industrial preferred)
Explains complex concepts in a way that's easy to understand and act on
Are comfortable writing for engineers, buyers, and procurement teams
Think in terms of campaigns and outcomes, not just deliverables
Can move quickly and manage multiple priorities
Have a strong portfolio across digital, campaign, and product copy
Clear, concise, and on brand across formats
Experience with complex products or industries
Email, web, SEO, paid media
Ability to connect messaging across channels
Creative, MarTech, Lifecycle, Sales
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
