Position Overview We are looking for a driven leader with a passion for safety, innovation, and operational excellence to serve as Asphalt Plant Foreperson. The role involves overseeing all aspects of asphalt manufacturing, managing people, processes, and production to deliver superior products and customer service while fostering a positive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of asphalt manufacturing operations, ensuring a safe, productive, and efficient environment.
Champion a proactive safety culture and enforce compliance with all safety regulations.
Develop and execute operational strategies to meet production goals and quality standards.
Deliver world‑class customer service and scheduling for internal and external clients.
Oversee budgeting, production planning, staffing, and maintenance activities.
Manage production teams, optimize equipment use, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze operational and financial reports to maximize plant profitability.
Negotiate supplier contracts and manage procurement within budget.
Ensure accurate inventory management and coordinate with accounting.
Train, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Maintain environmental compliance and fulfill reporting requirements.
Coordinate with other business units to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Work primarily outdoors, often in extreme weather and environmental conditions.
