Job Description: Pay Rate: Open depending on experience plus overtime, Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to Hire We are seeking a seasoned Private Jet Advisor to join our dynamic team. This is a sales role, perfect for someone with substantial experience in the aviation industry, whether as a broker or in a sales position. A significant advantage if you have an existing book of clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to sell private jet services Leverage industry knowledge to provide expert advice and solutions to clients Manage and grow a personal book of business Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth Requirements: Proven experience in the aviation industry, either as a broker or in a sales role Existing book of clients is a major plus Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and remotely if not based in Florida Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Compensation: High commission package, especially for candidates with a book of clients Competitive bonuses and incentives, outpacing industry competitors Base pay is flexible, open to negotiation based on experience and expectations Note that if you get hired you must undergo a background check, a driving records check and a drug screening
