The Consumer and Small Business Loan Onboarding-Funding Specialist is responsible for the proper booking and funding of all types of Consumer loans. Key Responsibilities: Review, fund and book all consumer and small business loans to the loan accounting system. Process loan advances, loan payments and rate changes. Updates and maintains loan transactions to the loan accounting system. Determine loan funding eligibility from review of the loan documents. Update loan record data after funding process. Competencies Required: Strong understanding of mathematics. Strong analytical skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Familiarity with loan software such as AccuSystems, PayPlus, nCino, iLien, Bancline is a plus. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications/Experience: 3+ years loan operations funding experience including consumer, small business transactions. 3+ years professional/business experience in financial services, or banking industry. Formal Education & Certification: High School diploma or equivalent required. Work Status: Full-Time Supervisory Responsibility: None. Travel: 0% - No travel expected.
