Business Development Representative I – Real Estate Manager/Visual Lease – Atlanta, GA

Role Overview Business Development Representative at CoStar Real Estate Manager is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to help manage our growing real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for new inbound leads, including responding to form fills, requests for information, and other incoming inquiries. Evaluate lead quality, prioritize appropriately, and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.
Execute proactive outbound outreach to generate new leads, using a variety of tactics including phone calls, emails, and structured cadences.
Leverage tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, or similar platforms to manage outreach, track engagement, and optimize prospecting efforts.
Support sales teams on outbound strategies, lead-generating campaigns, and target acceleration on key accounts alongside sellers.
Identify challenges and common objections when speaking with prospects and surface insights to the sales team.
Promote product value developing strong knowledge and clearly articulating key benefits to prospects.
Establish consistent communication and engagement with both inbound and outbound prospects to create new leads, opportunities, and pipeline acceleration.
Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Conduct market and contact research to support proactive outreach and target acceleration efforts.
Accurately track all prospect and lead activity in Salesforce.
Assist in maintaining the centralized record of real estate portfolio data, including lease, operational, and legal information.
Provide insights and data related to portfolio performance, market trends, and prospect engagement to support internal teams and account strategies.
Basic Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university
6+ months of prior professional experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort speaking with business professionals and executives
Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain productivity, including making outbound calls daily
Ability to professionally represent CoStar Group and its brands with internal and external stakeholders
A track record of commitment to prior employers
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling SaaS products or working in the software industry
Strong work ethic with eagerness to learn and grow in a sales career
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar CRM tools
