
BDC Sales Rep/Call Center

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers through phone, email, and text to generate sales appointments
Respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries
Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service
Accurately document and track customer interactions
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
Sales or Business Development experience in the automotive industry or similar field preferred
Strong computer skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers digitally
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Ability to quickly build rapport over the phone
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new products and processes
Professional demeanor with customers and team members
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
