The Role As a Business Development Representative at Huntington Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram, your primary responsibility is to be the first point of contact for potential customers and provide an exceptional experience through phone, email, text, and chat communication.

You will help build relationships, set appointments, and ensure a smooth introduction to our sales team. This role is vital in creating trust, driving customer engagement, and supporting overall dealership sales goals.

Your Impact

Respond promptly to email inquiries within established time frames.

Build rapport with customers, overcome objections, and motivate customers to take action.

Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills across all channels (phone, text, email, chat).

Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives and sales consultations.

Provide continuous follow-up with customers and sales consultants.

Accurately input and maintain customer information in the CRM (ELeads).

In summary, a Business Development Representative is responsible for connecting with customers, maintaining consistent communication, and creating a positive first impression. By scheduling appointments and accurately tracking customer interactions, you will play a key role in supporting sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong computer skills and proficient typing ability.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable handling a multi-line phone system.

Prior CRM experience (ELeads preferred) a plus, but not required.
