Field Marketing Specialist / Coordinator (Israel) – The role focuses on executing high-impact marketing initiatives across the EMEA region, supporting business growth through strategic events and campaigns. You will collaborate with marketing, sales and operations teams, manage logistics, coordinate digital and event execution and drive measurable results.
Accountabilities
Support the planning and execution of regional marketing programs and events, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and deadlines
Manage end-to-end operational processes, including purchase orders, campaign setup, lead management and landing page coordination
Coordinate event logistics such as vendor management, shipments, venue communication and lead capture tools
Oversee execution of EMEA-wide initiatives, ensuring KPIs and follow-up actions are completed effectively
Collaborate with digital, sales development and campaign teams to optimize pre- and post-event communications and lead handling
Identify process inefficiencies and proactively implement improvements in collaboration with regional stakeholders
Track and report on marketing performance metrics and maintain organized documentation for all activities and events
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, event management or marketing operations, ideally within a B2B or tech environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional, international setting
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify gaps and implement process improvements independently
Detail-oriented approach with strong execution capabilities
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, systems and business processes
A hands-on, solution-driven attitude with a strong sense of ownership
Legal authorization to work in Israel without visa sponsorship
