Job Summary
The Digital Media Planner is a critical member of our Sales team, responsible for ensuring that Digital Marketing client campaigns run effectively and efficiently. This position works strategically with the sales staff to monitor digital campaign performance and assist with the development of integrated marketing campaigns. The Digital Media Planner must possess a solid understanding of digital marketing, including social media, audience targeting, OTT, and mobile and video marketing strategies. Graphic Design experience is a plus. An ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, creative, and capable of learning new concepts quickly, while being organized, possessing strong communication skills, and demonstrating excellent time management abilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Digital order entry with high accuracy.
Request, update, and monitor digital creative scheduling on all campaigns.
Execute campaigns and creative development for all digital advertising.
Assist in the startup process for digital campaigns by providing research and playing an active role in onboarding.
Monitor digital campaign pacing and effectiveness to ensure delivery.
Create Digital Banner Ads for clients.
Manage and communicate inventory sell‑through percentages and avails to staff.
Reconcile and audit third‑party billing.
Work closely with and communicate to Media Executives.
Other duties as assigned by the Multimedia Sales Manager and Director of Sales.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital media, digital marketing strategy, or client solutions.
Proficiency, or ability to quickly learn, Gray systems such as Wide Orbit, OMS, BI tools, and digital platforms (Google Ads, DSPs, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and operational information into clear, client‑ready insights.
Skilled at bridging technical detail to business context to help teams position solutions effectively.
Understanding of attribution models, ROI reporting, and performance measurement.
Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
