In this dynamic role, you’ll inspire and manage a high-performing team while leveraging data and analytics to uncover trends, optimize performance, and elevate the guest experience. We’re looking for a relationship-driven leader who excels at building trust with VIP guests—even in challenging situations—and can turn complex interactions into lasting loyalty. **THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Oversee daily operations of Casino Marketing team by providing leadership and management to Customer Development Team through regular recognition, coaching and feedback to enhance their performance.* Partner with Marketing, Advertising and Special Events teams for all VIP Marketing needs.* Review and analyze data for trends and opportunities to increase operational efficiencies and enhance guest experience.* Respond to guest correspondence and/or guest concerns in a professional and timely manner, achieving positive guest/problem resolution.* Develop and maintain policies and procedures that increase efficiency and promote quality and quantity standards to ensure maximum resort experience for all guests, while maintaining profitability.* Maintain an effective training program that enhances technical and service driven curriculum for department.* Identify and overcome obstacles, resolve problems and remove roadblocks to enhance the employee and guest experience.* Maintain a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, leadership development, mutual respect and employee engagement.**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** Two years of relevant marketing management experience; preferably in a casino environment* Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, holidays, and evenings**THE PERKS & BENEFITS:*** Health & Income Protection Benefits (For eligible employees)* Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally* Various programs and networking opportunities to help you get promoted* Access to a variety of company Hotel, Food and Beverage, Retail, and Entertainment Discounts* Free meals in our employee dining room* Free parking* Free access to our employee fitness center* Volunteer opportunities to give back to the community**VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:**Are you ready to **JOIN THE SHOW** #J-18808-Ljbffr
