Marketing Operations Manager

We are currently looking for a Marketing Operations Manager in Germany.

This role is focused on bringing structure, clarity, and executional discipline to a fast‑moving SaaS marketing function. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered consistently across channels. Acting as the operational backbone of the team, you will coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain momentum and alignment. The role is highly hands‑on, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel. You will play a key role in improving visibility across marketing performance and funnel activity. Operating in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams across global time zones, including United States.

Accountabilities:

Translate monthly and quarterly marketing priorities into clear weekly execution plans across digital and outbound channels

Manage day‑to‑day marketing operations, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, content, and initiatives

Coordinate dependencies across internal teams and external agency partners to maintain execution flow

Oversee execution across key channels including website updates, landing pages, blog content, social media, outbound campaigns, SEO/AIO/PPC (with agency support), and reputation management

Own marketing reporting cadence, ensuring visibility into lead flow, performance metrics, and funnel quality

Act as the operational bridge between leadership, sales, internal marketing contributors, and external vendors

Support continuous optimization by turning performance data into actionable insights and improvements

Requirements: You bring hands‑on experience in marketing operations or execution‑focused roles within B2B SaaS or healthcare‑related environments, with a strong ability to translate strategy into structured delivery. You are highly organized, data‑aware, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced, remote‑first setup spanning regions such as Europe, Latin America, and Canada.

Experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare services marketing, ideally in a marketing operations or execution‑heavy role

Strong understanding of the United States healthcare system and healthcare customer dynamics

Proven ability to manage marketing projects, timelines, and cross‑functional coordination

Experience creating, reviewing, and managing marketing content across multiple formats and channels

Comfortable managing contractors, agencies, and internal contributors

Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing reporting and performance tracking

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage parallel workstreams

Availability to work aligned with US Eastern Time hours
