Overview
How You Will Make an Impact : As part of Epsilon’s Product Design team, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, user-centered experiences for complex enterprise software tools. You will leverage your deep understanding of UX principles and standard processes to translate business needs into thoughtful, scalable design solutions that enhance usability and drive efficiency. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will create wireframes and prototypes that evolve through continuous feedback, ensuring alignment with both user needs and technical capabilities. Your ability to balance strong visual design with practical implementation considerations, including front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, will help deliver impactful, high-quality experiences that support our broader product innovation goals.
Responsibilities
Combine user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints to create wireframes and prototypes that demonstrate useful, usable, and engaging design solutions
Apply user-centered design principles to develop intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly digital experiences
Conduct and synthesize user research using industry-standard methodologies, including personas, site maps, user flows, interviews, card sorting, competitive analysis, and market research
Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and standard processes in product and UX design
Collaborate in cross-functional team settings to help define business requirements while advocating for strong design principles and user experience
Contribute to and help evolve Epsilon’s enterprise design system (CoreUI), ensuring alignment with WCAG accessibility standards
Independently plan, implement, and analyze usability testing across projects within the organization
Participate in design critiques and support the growth and development of junior designers through mentorship and coaching
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality and consistency throughout the product development lifecycle
Qualifications
6+ years of experience working within established UX teams
4+ years of experience designing enterprise software tools
Strong understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and user-centered design processes
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for visual design
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to incorporate feedback and iterate quickly on designs
Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
A portfolio showcasing high-quality design work and thought process
Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred)

Base Salary: $77,100 - $156,500
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
