The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM to drive effective, data-informed marketing efforts. This role ensures email campaigns are executed with excellence, contact data remains clean and organized, and marketing systems support strong engagement and growth. By maintaining CRM hygiene and leveraging HubSpot’s capabilities, this position helps create consistent, meaningful connections with our audience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, ensuring clean data, accurate segmentation, and overall system health
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and support business growth
Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting to enable effective, data-driven marketing decisions
Performance Measurement and Reporting
Maintain regular reporting and performance tracking aligned with departmental objectives.
Track progress against revenue, growth, operational, and performance goals relevant to the role.
Provide consistent updates and actionable insights to executive leadership.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
Full-time, salaried position.
The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday.
Work Experience Requirements
3+ years of relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated success in leadership, coordination, or execution within a growth-oriented environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
