Technical Inside Sales Representative. Air Distribution Corporation (ADC) is a leading representative of a full range of Air-Side HVAC products. We are currently seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative to join us. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Sales and Engineering teams to support contractors and engineers. Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with equipment selection and pricing
Prepare detailed and accurate quote proposals for HVAC equipment
Use manufacturer-specific software to generate product selections
Create comprehensive construction submittals tailored to specific project requirements
Process and release equipment orders to manufacturers
Provide customers with up-to-date lead times and shipment status information
Address customer concerns and develop effective technical solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience in the HVAC industry
Familiarity with air-side HVAC product applications is a plus
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
