Restoration Business Development Manager
Experience Required:
3+ years in restoration industry sales/business development with proven track record of $1M+ annual revenue generation
Existing Book of Business:
Must bring established relationships and active leads/contacts from water/fire/mold restoration clients that can immediately transfer
Primary Responsibilities:
Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and relationship management
Close commercial and residential restoration contracts
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to project handoff
Maintain and grow existing book of business
Hit monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Key Skills:
Strong hunter mentality with excellent closing skills
Deep knowledge of water damage restoration processes, pricing, and industry standards
Comfortable with insurance adjuster relationships and claims process
Location:
San Diego, CA (field-based with office visits required)
Work Schedule:
40 Hours a Week - Monday through Friday with flexibility for emergency response calls
