Job Summary
PranaSleep is seeking a strategic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand initiatives that drive growth, elevate market presence and strengthen customer engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping brand strategy, overseeing go-to-market initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across all channels and partners. You will collaborate cross-functionally, both internally and externally, to deepen brand awareness, support retail and wholesale partners, and deliver measurable business impact through insight-driven brand management.

Responsibilities
Brand Management

Lead development and dissemination of the PranaSleep brand positioning

Create library of approved messaging for internal/external usage

Work with creative team to keep brand guidelines and visual assets current/relevant

Provide Sales/Partner input on asset needs during and outside of planned shoot periods

PranaSleep social channel and content strategy, execution and measurement

Social listening and community management with a strong focus on Reddit

Social media guidelines

Lead partnership and content strategy for review/reputation websites

Marketing & Product Management/Support

Partner in go-to-market planning and execution for new product introductions across retail and digital channels

Coordinate new product launch assets, timelines and partner communications

Own and maintain the PranaSleep product portfolio to live on web (owned and partner) with associated benefits for each product

Support PR, interview and earned media efforts

Provide media and test spend recommendations to drive broader awareness of the PranaSleep brand, especially in new and thriving markets

Lead Marketing support for additional brand partnerships and selling channels (Amazon)

Sales, Retail and Account Support

Lead Marketing support, co-op fund allocation monitoring and creative approvals for the PranaSleep retail account portfolio

Support wholesale account sell‑in and events with Marketing support/materials as needed, attending trade shows and industry events with Sales team as needed

Partner with Sales to develop and maintain retailer training materials, including product education, brand story, marketing toolkit and selling tools

Assist with in‑store training session development and retail partner seminars

Partner with City Mattress team and Sales team to understand PranaSleep retailer share and repurchase rate to build Marketing data repository and to inform future account/region‑level strategy

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles within the mattress, home furnishings, or consumer goods industry

Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and go‑to‑market execution for a growing brand across retail and digital channels

Proven ability to drive brand growth through successful campaign development, partner management and performance optimization

Experience analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions

Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment

Proficiency in working with creative, agency partners and retail accounts to execute integrated and on‑brand marketing campaigns

Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed for market visits, retail support, and internal collaboration

Adaptable, proactive and willing to contribute beyond core responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

Background in lifestyle, wellness, or performance-based consumer products

Experience with both regional and national marketing support for a fast‑growing brand

Exposure or experience with premium or luxury brand positioning and storytelling

Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO/SEM and social media strategy
