Marketing Operations Specialist

Analyze internal and external data to identify market trends, opportunities, customer insight and competitive dynamics. Translate analysis into clear business narratives and insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Salesforce, Power BI and Excel. Support cross-functional teams with requests for data, insights, product content and digital assets. Coordinate updates and improvements within Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) environments. Support the creation, tagging, organization and distribution of product information and assets for ecommerce and customer needs. Manage and track cross-functional work using light project management methodologies. Maintain visibility into project status, priorities, risks and handoffs to drive efficiency and process improvement. Participate in customer conversations as needed to clarify data requirements, timelines and deliverables. Have familiarity with ERP systems such as JDE or Oracle to support pricing and catalog updates. Recommend process improvements and opportunities to simplify or modernize workflows across marketing operations and product data processes. Be familiar with enterprise-ready AI methodologies, governance, and tools to support process improvement initiatives and strategy. Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field 5+ years of experience in marketing, data analysis or digital operations Strong project management and organizational skills Proven analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to analyze data, create visual data narratives, and empower insight and data-driven decisions Experience with digital and traditional marketing channels Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI, or Tableau Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication in English Organizational Impact Works to achieve operational, functional and/or business targets within team with direct and indirect impact on departmental or job family results Typically works independently under moderate supervision and may seek advice of more senior employees in the same area Communication & Influence Communicates with employees typically within the department and/or job family, explaining and interpreting matters related to the department; may communicate with external clients or partners depending upon the job area May influence employees within own job area at an operational level Responsible for making moderate improvements of processes, procedures, or systems to contribute to the performance of the team Problems faced may be difficult but are not complex and typically involve consideration of multiple issues and impact job family and/or multiple teams Knowledge & Experience Requires practical theoretical job knowledge and demonstrated competence within team typically obtained through advanced education and relevant experience Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of relevant experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
