Job Title: Pickleball Professional Location: North Texas Racquet Club Position Type: Full-Time About Us: North Texas Racquet Club is a vibrant, growing racquet sports facility offering Tennis, Pickleball, and Padel. We are committed to creating a fun, social, and high-quality experience for players of all levels. Our pickleball program is expanding, and we are looking for an energetic and professional Pickleball Pro to help lead and grow the program. Position Summary: The Pickleball Professional will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction through private and group lessons for players of all ages and skill levels. This role requires a dynamic coach who can engage beginners while also challenging advanced players, helping grow participation and retention within the club. Key Responsibilities: Conduct private and group pickleball lessons for all levels (beginner to advanced) Lead clinics, drills, and structured programming Assist in organizing and running leagues, mixers, and events Build relationships with members and create a welcoming environment Help grow the pickleball program through member engagement and retention Provide feedback and player development plans when appropriate Maintain a professional and positive on-court presence Qualifications: Previous coaching or teaching experience in pickleball (or strong racquet sports background) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with players of all ages and skill levels Energetic, reliable, and professional demeanor Certification (IPTPA, PPR, or similar) is a plus but not required Compensation: Competitive hourly and/or per-lesson rate (based on experience) Opportunities for growth as the program expands Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Bonus/Commission: No
