Job Description Job Description Must have an interest in Immigration Law Must be BILINGUAL (English and Spanish) Must be willing to work with clients who have suffered trauma due to persecutions Must be familiar with asylum applications Must have knowledge of removal proceedings Assist clients in filling out forms and gathering necessary evidence to successfully complete their cases Legal research on case law as related to immigration Follow up on pending clients Update clients with case progress, answering their questions Translations Efficiently manage assigned case load Other duties may be assigned Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Salary: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Miami, FL 33144: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required) Work Location: One locationaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
