Personal Injury Paralegal

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all stages of personal injury cases from inception to settlement or trial. Duties - Conduct legal research on personal injury claims - Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings and motions - Communicate with clients, witnesses, and medical providers - Organize and maintain case files - Assist in trial preparation and attend trials when necessary - Manage document production and discovery processes - Utilize legal research tools effectively -Request, track, and organize medical records and billing from healthcare providers -Review and summarize medical records and expenses for case evaluation and demands -Assist with pre-litigation case management, including intake, claim setup, and demand preparation Requirements - Proven experience as a Paralegal with a focus on personal injury law - Proficiency in document management systems and legal software - Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures - Ability to review, analyze, and summarize complex legal documents - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Experience with contract and document review - Proficient in data entry and legal administrative tasks - Strong interviewing skills to gather case-related information -Experience handling pre-litigation personal injury claims, including medical records collection and demand preparation - Proficient in Spanish Company Description Lozano Meza Law Firm is an established firm with a team of experienced litigators who zealously advocate for clients across personal injury, immigration, corporate law, real estate and criminal defense.
