Job Description
Vuori is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee and drive the success of Vuori’s V1 Community Program. The V1 Community Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development, execution and evolution of the program with a strong focus on program management, community engagement initiatives, V1 Leader growth, and marketing of the program.
What you’ll get to do
Lead the strategy and execution of the V1 Community Program, including applications, renewals, benefits, product strategy, and community experiences that deepen brand connection
Own the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market planning and lifecycle of the V1 Community Program, aligned with brand storytelling, retail priorities, and marketing objectives
Oversee program operations and governance, including eligibility, discounting, category management, policies, and member communications
Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly plans that drive community engagement, retail traffic, and sustainable program growth
Lead the V1 Leader program, including growth strategy, criteria, contracts, product seeding, performance tracking, and deliverables
Build and nurture meaningful relationships with local fitness communities and key partners to activate Vuori’s presence through gifting, events, and in‑store experiences
Drive continuous program innovation through cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring alignment with brand, retail, and business strategies
Leverage data, analytics, and consumer insights to measure performance, uncover opportunities, and share learnings with leadership
Lead internal and external communications, including email marketing strategy, editorial planning, and creative brief development
Manage, mentor, and grow the V1 Community team and V1 Leaders cohort, overseeing events, activations, and day‑to‑day execution
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
Experience working across a variety of teams, including creative, retail, social, influencer, PR, customer service, tech, and legal
6+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing analytics, community, and/or events
3+ years of experience leading ambassador or influencer relationships
Experience leading and managing a team
Proactive leader with the ability to juggle multiple programs and projects at once
Must enjoy working out and taking group fitness classes
Experience leading a discount, ambassador, or pro‑deal program for a brand a plus
Experience with project management tools like Asana
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently
Passion for cultivating a community of like‑minded individuals
Values building authentic relationships
Athletic retail, fitness, or health and wellness industry experience a plus

The salary range for this role is $100,900 per year – $129,780 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
