Marketing Communications Associate

Overview Marketing Communications Associate (Investor-Facing). We’re partnering with a high-performing investment-focused organization to hire a Marketing Communications Associate supporting investor-facing materials and external communications. This role is well-suited for someone with experience working closely with investment teams or client-facing functions, who is comfortable translating complex concepts into clear, polished materials. You’ll play a key role in developing content used in fundraising and client engagement, while partnering across teams in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. What you’ll be doing Draft and refine investor-facing materials including pitch decks, client presentations, RFP responses, and due diligence documentation Translate complex investment concepts into clear, accurate, and compelling content Partner closely with investment professionals and client-facing teams to ensure messaging is aligned and technically sound Manage multiple deliverables with competing timelines, maintaining a high standard of quality and precision Ensure consistency and accuracy across materials used in fundraising and ongoing client communications Contribute to process improvements and support enhancements to internal tools and workflows Gain exposure to a range of strategies, products, and investor communication approaches What we’re looking for 2–5 years of experience in investor communications, asset management, or a similarly rigorous, content-driven environment Strong writing and editing skills, with experience producing client-facing or investor-facing materials High attention to detail and ability to work with complex, technical information Strong organizational and project management skills across multiple workstreams Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders, including investment and client-facing teams Process-oriented mindset with strong execution and follow-through Familiarity with financial markets or prior exposure to investment-related content strongly preferred Base salary range: $135,000–$185,000 High visibility role with strong long-term growth potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
