$85-105k Base Salary + Commissions = $170-200k+
About The Role
We’re looking for a Solution Key Account Manager to join our Sales team. This role combines new business development with account management. You’ll build strong client relationships, manage a wide product and service portfolio, and drive growth in the wellness industry.
The focus of this role is to sell high-quality fitness equipment to clients within the hospitality and multifamily residential business segment. You'll focus on building new business relationships with golf and country clubs, luxury hotels, high-end residential developments, and wellness-driven real estate groups.
What You’ll Do
Achieve local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Generate leads, profile customers, and update the CRM
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Increase customer satisfaction and provide market feedback
Conduct regular client and prospect visits in line with sales targets
Requirements
3+ years of sales/account management experience within B2B sales.
Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
Experience managing complex deals and solution selling.
Excellent consulting, negotiation, and presentation skills.
CRM proficiency (Salesforce a plus).
Results-driven, with strong communication and listening abilities.
