We’re transforming PCH into a habit-driven entertainment platform — simple, exciting, and rewarding — with a focus on transparency, culture, and daily engagement. The Role We’re hiring a Brand Lead who will also be the face of PCH . This is not a traditional brand role . This is a high-output, on-camera creator role with real ownership. You’ll build a recognizable presence across platforms, create daily content, and turn PCH into a living, breathing brand people come back to every day. What You’ll Do Be the Face of PCH Act as the primary on-camera personality Represent PCH across social, product moments, and prize experiences Build familiarity, trust, and excitement at scale Run the Daily Content Engine Produce 2–5+ pieces of content per day Develop repeatable, scalable formats: “Come enter with me” flows Prize countdowns and hype Reactions, wins, near-wins Street‑style interviews (“What would you do if you won?”) Watch / play / shop integrations Drive Daily User Behavior Use content to increase: Daily return frequency Engagement across watch, play, and shop Make participation feel like a daily ritual Modernize Prize Moments Viral prize storytelling High‑impact content moments Rapidly test hooks, formats, and messaging Double down on what performs Move fast and iterate constantly What Success Looks Like Consistent, high‑volume content output Growth in followers and engagement rates Measurable impact on DAU, Retention and Contest participation Who You Are Proven content creator with strong on‑camera presence Comfortable producing content daily at scale Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Meta Strong instincts for hooks, retention, and virality Able to shoot, edit, and publish independently Can build (or already have) a following tied to a brand Traits That Matter High energy and highly creative Fast‑moving and experimental Strong intuition for attention and storytelling Naturally engaging and relatable Reporting & Structure Reports directly to the CEO Works cross‑functionally with Product, Live Ops, Creative, and Marketing #J-18808-Ljbffr
