We work on residential projects and commercial Tenant Improvements, partnering with insurance carriers including Allstate, State Farm, USAA, and Farmers. We're building a team of Business Development Representatives to grow our referral network and bring in new projects. This is a flexible, commission-based role — ideal for connectors, networkers, and sales-minded professionals who want uncapped earning potential without the constraints of a 9-to-5. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents and adjusters who can refer restoration work Develop partnerships with property managers and HOAs overseeing residential communities Connect with commercial tenants and real estate brokers on Tenant Improvement opportunities Expand our trade partner and referral network with flooring, plumbing, and other complementary contractors Represent Complete Construction at networking events, association meetings, and community touchpoints Follow up on leads and track your pipeline using our CRM tools Collaborate with the project and estimating team to ensure a smooth handoff on signed contracts Qualifications A natural networker who builds trust quickly and maintains relationships over time Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-facing role Experience in construction, real estate, insurance, or property management is a plus — but not required Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone or email Familiarity with the Wasatch Front or Utah County market preferred Reliable transportation and the ability to meet with clients and partners across the region Comfortable using basic CRM or pipeline tracking tools (or willing to learn) Compensation This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential . You earn a percentage of the total contract value on every project you bring in. There is no ceiling — the more you close, the more you earn.
