Candidate Must Haves
- At least 3 years experience in 3PL Freight Brokerage and Account Management
- No non-compete or non-solicits in place
- Ability to transfer/onboard a current or previous book of business is preferred
- Strong negotiation and sales experience
- Ability to work in-office or Hybrid as needed
- Experience in managing end-to end FTL Logistics

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow your existing book of shipper accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers
- Source and secure capacity across multiple modes
- Negotiate rates to maximize profitability
- Prospect and re-engage previous customers
- Oversee shipments and ensure high service levels
- Work alongside ops and leadership to scale your business
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of freight brokerage / 3PL experience
- Active, portable book of business (strongly preferred)
- Proven success in cradle-to-grave brokerage
- Strong understanding of OTR market dynamics
- Ability to price lanes, manage RFPs, and grow accounts
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
