About The Role Lead the development of Climate Solutions Americas (CSA) aftermarket/services strategy and growth programs to ensure customer value delivery across the equipment lifecycle. Collaborate closely with the business units to execute strategy and growth programs to deliver profitable double‑digit growth. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and execution. Strong domain expertise in delivering customer value across the equipment lifecycle is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Develop the aftermarket five‑year long‑range plan across the CSA businesses, focusing on short‑term growth while addressing key capabilities and enablers required for long‑term growth.
Play the lead role in providing the Voice of the Business to the Digital team to prioritize Connected Equipment and AI roadmap capabilities. Lead VoC initiatives to ensure clear alignment with customer needs.
Lead regional offering management for Commercial Services, including various service tiers, vertical‑specific offerings, pricing and value proposition development.
Lead launch activities related to new service offerings including value proposition development, sales enablement and field coordination for programmatic roll‑out.
Design growth programs that drive customer lifecycle value and ensure double‑digit growth targets across equipment upgrade/replacement programs.
Develop e‑commerce and network strategy across the replacement components business to ensure frictionless order/fulfilment experience and on‑time delivery performance.
Develop the equipment rentals strategy as a critical value driver to ensure customers can exceed their performance goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of strong equipment aftermarket/services lifecycle knowledge in Industrial and Residential markets.
5+ years of experience in strategic planning, program development and execution.
5+ years of experience in offering/product management, including voice of customer, roadmap development, value proposition development, pricing and competitive analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication skills, including executive presentation skills.
Knowledge of digitally managed services, IoT and AI capabilities as they relate to services.
Analytical and fact‑based decision making.
Ability to work across executive, business, finance and field teams to drive results.
Proactive and execution oriented.
Growth and learning mindset.
Build structured and scalable processes.
Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $174,500.00 and $348,500.00. Factors that may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation This position is entitled to both short‑ and long‑term incentives, subject to plan requirements.
