The Director works collaboratively with other leaders to support operational and strategic goals of the organization. The Director is responsible for leading the Epic Ambulatory clinical application and overseeing the management, implementation, and optimization of software applications used in the outpatient care environment of the Brooklyn Hospital Center. This includes Electronic Health Records (EHR), clinical documentation systems, patient management systems, and other critical healthcare Information Technology solutions.
